«Ochakovo» produces kvass, beer, so drinks, water, low-alcohol cocktails, wine, juices, spirits and multi-cereal drinks. Our goal is to innovate while preserving tradition. We do not use artificial additives, including dyes and preservatives. "Ochakovo" – natural drinks.
«Ochakovo» is the leader of the kvass market in Russia. Moreover, the only major manufacturer that makes kvass using the traditional technology of double fermentation: alcohol (with yeast) and lactic acid (as in kefir).
We brew beer according to classical technology exclusively from natural ingredients. We do not add fermentation accelerators and do not use high-gravity brewing technology when the drink is diluted with water. We grow our own barley and make malt out of it. We buy hops from the best suppliers in Russia, the Czech Republic, Germany and the USA, and the yeast is grown for us by the Berlin Institute of Brewing.
