RusQuality, the National quality system of the Russian Federation, established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, dated 30.04.2015 № 780-р, is a national institute, uniting high technologies, professional expertise, and international research experience in the field of quality of processes, goods and services.

On the basis of RusQuality, the National Competence Center for the Development of Organic and “Green” Products was created. It operates on the principle of “one-stop shop” and is engaged in standardization, certification, scientific development and the creation of educational modules in the field of “organics”, as well as the promotion of organic products and monitoring its quality.

RusQuality heads the National Technical Committee for Standardization in the Field of Organic Production, and also works as the secretariat of the Interstate Technical Committee for Organic Standardization of the countries of the Eurasian Union.

RusQuality has extensive experience in conducting large-scale testings of the quality of various goods categories. To date, more than 8000 goods in more than 150 categories have already been tested. Among them there are several testings of organic products, both of Russian origin and imported.
